Beautiful Machine! – I purchased this for my husband’s birthday! I also got a deal on one of the Amazon Prime Days. I did a lot of research before purchasing. There were options for 512 GB or an upgrade to 1 TB and I opted for the upgrade, it’s all on the internal drive which I like (installed in the device along with the 32 GB of RAM). I really don’t like having extra stuff if I don’t need it – so this was all included in one lightweight package.

So fast I ordered a second one for gaming – I was a little skeptical of a 3rd party making changes to an HP computer. But I bought my first one anyway. It turned out to be my fastest gaming computer so I bought a second one. I have a 3rd that’s a 2020 HP Envy with a Intel I7 4 core processor and 16G RAM which is great, but this computer is better. I use 3 computers at the same time, so all 3 are awesome now.

Works great with a few minor gripes. – I’ve had this laptop for a bit over a month now and I love it. The battery life is wonderful. I can push it reasonably hard for over 6 hours off of the battery. When it is actually working hard it does get a little warm but as long as it has sufficient airflow it isn’t an issue. Performance wise I regularly use it for light gaming, code compiling, and movie watching without any noticeable issues. The full keyboard is also a huge plus.

Pen was damaged, replacement was fast! – The laptop itself is nice, runs games at medium settings fairly well, tablet mode is accurate to the rotation percentage, unfortunately the pen that comes with it was busted when I opened the box. Only one of the buttons worked on the dual button interface. However, after sending the seller a direct message with further details on the issue, they were quick to respond and their remedy met and surpassed expectations. All in all a quality purchase

Best Value for your Dollar – This is by far the best laptop I have purchased. Boots up entirely in under 2 seconds, is extremely fast and hasnt lagged yet. I have been able to power up to 5 screens off of it(i work in data processing) and had to many programs open to count with out causing any dip in performance. My only criticism is that it does not have a back lit key board. That is literally the only thing that I can say bad about it! Would highly recommend this to any one looking for a new tablet/Laptop!
