Overall, pretty good – Needed this laptop for my first year of college (Marketing major) and I wanted something relatively cost-efficient and new, this definitely fits the criteria! I do recommend getting a stylus pen if you plan on using it to take notes and maybe even a laptop sleeve since this doesn’t come with one. I was nervous about supporting this small business but it turned out well! Way cheaper than other alternatives like Best Buy or even other Amazon sellers

Easy set up – When I was ready to purchase a computer, I went to my son, who is an IT professional, with another laptop I had in mind. He told me no, to buy the HP Envy x360. I’m so glad I asked him. My husband and I both have this laptop now. Very easy to set up. Only gripe is really no ethernet port and only 1 USB after buying an adapter for the ethernet. Very easily fixed by buying a usb port. I actually switch that port between my work laptop and this one so I can use my keyboard and mouse for both. Really enjoy this laptop and hoping to have it for many years.
