works good, more storage, run fast. – advertised 500GB, the product came with 500GB SSD + 1TB HDD. very nice. OS is in SSD, start very fast.

Ram memory upgrade using 2 slots not possible – Unfortunately, the free ram memory slot is not usable, and the advanced BIOS settings are locked by factory. If you put a DDR4 memory stick in slot 2 then the computer will not boot.

Startup Issues – Not been setup a month and having issues on the log in screen. Password section disappears so have to reboot to try and log in. Not sure if a windows issue

Great office machine – Granted, I’m upgrading from an older machine, but this thing is super fast and solid. I bought my daughter a similar HP about 2 years ago and it’s the same. Not going back to Dell 😉
