Huge Disappointment for me – Dislike was the fact that on day to after setting the computer up, I got a notice on the screen to save my files as the hard drive was fixing to fail. And fail it did within two days. I debated the wisdom of sending the computer back for a new drive or taking it to a computer shop in the small town nearby. Being a bit lazy at my advanced age (84) I had my son take it to the shop and they had it up and running again with a new 500 gig HD in a matter of hours and a new operating system which I had lost.

I’ve had success with HP computers as they don’t seem to crash over the years. I’ve had one computer (ACER) die on my exactly one year after purchase. So, yes, it could happen. I love the touch screen (even though I don’t use it). Though it’s a used unit, the vendor took time to test it and clean it up well so that it looks and performs like new.
