Buy this is if you like throwing money away – DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER!!!!!! I’ve had nothing but problems. 1st. The fan 2nd. Monitor and more. I’m so disappointed and I can’t afford to buy another one. I’ve learned my lesson. Never buy refurbished electronics even with a warranty. You get exactly what you pay for.

So far so good… – The computer and all accessories were included. The monitor, keyboard and mouse appear to be brand new. The tower has a minor dent on one of the corners that doesn’t allow the lid to close fully but it’s basically an aesthetic issue and does not seem to affect anything as the machine is working very well, we’ve only had it a few days. I’ll post an update in afew weeks. I’m very pleased thus far.

2011 Processor???? – My goodness. I feel like such a sucker! You sold me a machine with a 2011 processor and not capable or rendering WebGL graphics. The machine is fast — if you’re just doing spreadsheets or other OG web stuff, but honestly! I feel rooked. I know you have cleared the return but I so needed to use it I have already plugged it into my workflow. Golly.

May be refurbished but not clean – The pc tower and monitor were dirty. Mud was caked on in places and there was tape around the monitor from the previous owner’s notes. I didn’t take the case off but I could tell the fan hadn’t been cleaned from the previous owner either. It also didn’t come with the webcam and had to request it be sent again. Double check the system when you get it.
