Causing problems after few days – Just got my refurbish HP Elite Desk. Packaging was great. Everything was there. Computer installed everything so far very easily. Working fine. Very small and fits nicely on desk. 7 x7 in size. Read a lot of reviews and decided on this one. Others looked good but I had HP before and always had good luck. Will add more if has problems, but so far in works great and is fast.

Very poor shipping for a computer. – This computer was thrown in a box with a used and broken keyboard and mouse and a single piece of bubble wrap. Tiny usb Wi-Fi adapter just thrown in the box. Luckily the computer still function but man I would not buy from this seller again.

Great PC – – Super Fast – Many Ports – Small Footprint – USB WIFI Dongle – Windows 10 PRO – Purchased this mini desktop as a replacement for my seven-year-old Lenovo Y510P laptop that was starting to have major problems after a huge windows 10 update. (the update would not fit on the 24GB SSD and I had to revert back to Windows 8.1) My company began replacing all of its older bulky HP desktops with these units. However, the ones at work are not configured with 1TB SSD drives nor 16GB of ram but they perform well so I trust the unit. The unit has a huge number of ports. I have three monitors attached to it, two external hard drives, cd/dvd recorder, wired keyboard and mouse, external speakers, a webcam, and wifi dongle that came with the unit and still have available ports. I would have given this purchase 5 stars but the keyboard and mouse that came with the unit are very cheap, but since I had a few extra keyboards and mice I used mine instead. My home office is located four rooms away from my wireless router and the USB WIFI dongle that came with the unit works well but I will probably replace it with one that has an antenna to get faster throughput. Other than that it’s a solid machine.

Broken Keyboards and Mouse – I bought 3 computers. The computer works and looks fine but I don’t know who pack the keyboard and mouse because they were in a very bad condition. No change of the keyboard or mouse were granted since they only accept full refund on everything. Since I really need the computer so I decide to keep them. Is very disappointed since the computers were fine.
