warped cover – This is the second product (same partnumber) I bought within the month. The first was perfect…no issues. The second, just came today (have not powered yet) has a warped cover and bottom case has a small opening. Not sure how to contact supplier.

Great Customer Service = Even Greater Satisfaction – I hadn’t purchased a referbished laptop before, but considering cost and reasonable online reviews about referbished electronics, I decided to try this out. I purchased one referbished laptop (Lenovo) but returned it only because it didn’t have a thunderbolt 3 port. Then I purchased this HP Elite from this seller. It arrived today. Garett was very responsive same day, assisted by answering my questions regarding a minor item, and took the time to truly give me great customer service (customer service is huge with me; it tells me a lot about the integrity of the seller and company). The laptop is great and running well from what I can tell. Absolutely would considering purchasing from this seller again in the future!

Rugged Business class laptop, upgradeable memory to 32GB – Solid Product, functions as required, can upgrade memory to 32GB for under $100, upgraded the M.2 to 1TB for under $100.
