Quality is exactly what I hoped. – I’ve been using this for a few months and I’m completely satisfied for what I need. I used an EliteBook for years as my work laptop which operated flawlessly. I wanted to buy a new one but am happy that this does the job and saved me a ton of money. BTW, I also purchased an extended warranty for a little safety.

RENEWED DOES NOT MEAN RENEWED OR EVEN CLEANED UP!!!! GREAT LAPTOP BUT THE INSIDE WAS DISGUSTING – So in all honesty the laptop is great I love it but when I opened it up to swap the 256gb SSD for my 1tb SSD I found the inside which I expected to be like new considering that is what renewed is supposed to mean I found the inside to be filthy and the SSD wasnt what it had been advertised as but now I have a 1tb SSD and a 256gb SSD NVME but I will probably swap the NVME out for a bigger one later. So basically this company opened it up swapped out the ram took out whatever the original HDD was and put in an NVME and DID NOT even clean it or anything at all and called it RENEWED. Not impressed with the company that renewed this laptop at all. Great product though really it is but the company’s version of renewed is sh!#
