      Just got it, but came on time. Not bad for now. – So far so good. I received it on time. The item didn’t have any blemishes. No hiccups at the moment except the mousepad notification keeps popping up randomly for some reason even when I have it turned off, as I use a wireless mouse. First day of testing it.

      They made it right – I bought a reconditioned laptop. The laptop I got was in great shape, but the battery only charged to 43%. I contacted on this item and they exceeded my expectations resolving the issue. They gave me a partial refund allowing me to buy a new battery.

      Very Nice Refurb PC – The quality is great! We are using the laptop for virtual school. Ours came with some minor scratches on the corners, but that’s worth the $250 I saved on a new machine, and was included in the description. It’s a refurb, so I expected this.

I did assume, incorrectly, that the 512GB SSD would be NVME. Alas, it is a SATA unit. The small rubber plugs that hide the screws for the bottom cover were missing but this indicates that it had at least been opened for inspection, parts replacement or refurb.
