Buyer beware! – I bought this for a Christmas last birthday gift for my son last year. It broke down about 2 weeks ago and so we contacted the seller. They were unwilling to do anything at all to help us out with the situation considering that it had been less than a year since we purchased it. My son and his friends took the computer a part and discover that a part on the inside was rusted and that the parts that they used to refurb the laptop or not of good or high quality and we’re foreign. Do not waste your money on this laptop it is not worth anything at all and as I said the seller is not willing to help in any sort of way. Buyer beware!

Good Deal – This is a great deal. It’s not a powerhouse but it does run Music Software well enough to record mix and master without issue. This isn’t a graphics machine so don’t expect that. Less demanding games will work, personally I’ve tried Runescape 3 at Mid-High settings and saw no performance issues. The outside had some scratches. It’s used so that’s to be expected. There is a part that is very beat up and mangled on the left side. It looks like it may be the aftermath of trying to pry it open for fixes. That’s fine, I just wish more care was taken in that process. Great budget laptop, quick shipping, and a good deal. I would recommend this.

Fantastic Deal – For $181 including tax this PC is a phenomenal deal. Received it today and had it up and running with all my personal settings and accounts within an hour after I let it charge and come to room temperature. I have owned several PCs over the years and this is my first PC with an SSD. The speed increase is quite noticeable. The unit was received well packaged and in great shape. Only a couple of small scuffs on the bottom which is going to happen anyway. The unit even has a fingerprint reader which wasn’t stated in the description. 100% satisfied at this point. I would buy it again.

Not a professional refurbishment – The laptop itself is a decent one (specs for value), and the hardware was in good shape when it arrived. My concern and disappointment was in the quality of the refurbishment. The laptop had not been wiped of the files and programs from the previous owner. It even had an old SIM card in it yet from the previous owner. I am torn on how to rate this because I am satisfied with the physical device but had to complete the reset and clean up myself. Buyer beware. If you are not familiar with how to clean up a device yourself, please purchase elsewhere.
