Items not as listed and broken speakers – Keyboard and mouse wrong color and not brand listed. Speakers are cheap, not as listed, and already broken out of the box.

nice – The item did not arrive on time and I thought of returning it because it was a gift for my brother and he left before the delivery date was met. In the end I decided to stay with the PC, it is incredible fast. The only thing I recommend is that if you are going to connect the PC to a TV with HDM inputs, you will have to buy an adapter because the output of the PC is the standard of the many VGA pins. Otherwise perfect.

Read the fine print – Apparently we now have to read all the fine print to find out you’re not going to get what is in the picture. I talked to SJ computers a couple times and they were super nice. They were willing to replace everything i didnt like about the product. By that time it was too late because i already sent the pack back for a full refund.

Worked for 1 day – Worked for one day, but when it worked it was nice. Monitor is nice ,keyboard and mouse are good. Only 1 speaker worked so there was that. Wanted me to pack it up and send it all back, already threw away boxes wasn’t worth the hassle to pack up go to the P.O. stand in line for 2 hours then wait for a return. Needed a PC that day so I said oh well and bought a new tower.

Value for money – I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished machine, but this whole deal was worth it. Apart from the rainbow coloured mouse, keyboard and speakers which have actually grown on us, everything is quite straightforward. All items arrived clean and almost brand new looking. The performance of the machine is also really good and we haven’t had a problem or anything negative to say about it yet. Definitely a great purchase on a budget.

Their working hours are Mon – Fri; 8am-5pm (same as mine). You can only communicate through messages so even though they were timely in their responses we could only transact one troubleshoot per day which is absolutely frustrating. After going through all the reset options I sent it back because the resolution was going to be too time consuming and would probably go beyond my expertise.
