Too Much and Too Little – The price was right, it worked well, it was well refurbished, and had a huge HD for memory. It was, however, a little slow for my needs. In its defense, the interface with which I used it was very demanding.

Powerful computer for great price. – I didn’t rate for customer support because I didn’t use it yet. I didn’t rate it for gaming because I don’t use it fit that. But 32G RAM and 2T ROM is an amazing deal. I paid about $500 for this refurbished computer. I think it’s a great deal.

This thing is AWESOME !! – Read several bad reviews. Dirty, dusty, and sluggish. Don’t be afraid to purchase. I am a qualified purchaser and I will have to say, I am beyond pleased. Very clean, no scratches, but remember each unit will vary, pending on its usage and where it was kept. Remember these are refurbished units. Plugged it in, filled out my personal info. Got it online via the GREAT wireless USB adaptor that is PROVIDED with the computer. Be sure to plug wireless adaptor into one of the USB 3.0 ports. Lightning fast and has been flawless !! Thanks Amazon for recycling and providing people with great deals like this !!

Computer lost the hard drive about three days in – Computer has plenty of memory and nice size hard drive. It is not capable of a upgrade to win 11. I took computer out of box and it started up. Discovered usb ports on front not working. Drivers all good. Three days later booted up and no hard drive. Did a few things to find it but no dice. Emailed customer support and basically got the run around . I just wanted a replacement hard drive but after complying with all their requests they still giving me a hard time. I said screw it im returning via Amazon and thats what i did. Customer service seriously lacking.

A great deal for the specs and being a refurb. – I got this shipped for a total of 290.00 and for an i7 processor and 32 gb of ram and a 2 tb storage and a dvd rw you cant ask for a better deal. It being a refurb Im hoping to get several years use out of it and if I do I cant complain. Some things you need to know. It doesnt have an hdmi connection only a display port which I thought was odd since it still has serial port connections which nobody uses anymore. You may need to buy a display port to hdmi adapter only a few extra bucks. Also the wi fi adapter is older type. If you want full connection speed use ethernet not the wi fi usb adapter or you will need to spend a few extra more dollars for a more recent wi fi adapter. Other than that for the price its a win win.

I stand corrected. – My previous comments were that it had NO WIFI…As I was packing the unit to send back a small plastic packet was stuck to the plastic bag, it said “USB WIFI” and it plugged into a USB port and I had WIFI.. The instructions and peoples comments said there was no WIFI…Now if the instructions said to use the included WIFI adapter I would have not seen it and sent the PC back..It’s working so far and getting it set up, so far so good…
