Doesn’t have Google Play – I was so excited when I found this laptop and got it for my sons birthday. On your listing it specifically talks about Google Play. This laptop does NOT support Google Play and now I have a disappointed birthday boy who is trying to act like it is ok and not disappointed. The whole reason we got this for him was so he could play games on it. Very disappointing.

Wow – For the price I paid for this I didn’t expect this! When I opened this computer I figured it would be beat up. No! It’s practically brand new. Great and compact perfect for my back pack for ease of internet access. EXACLTY what I needed. Def fills the gap from my ipad.

Looks and works like new. But you cannot update the software. – I don’t love Chrome books, but my son is lower-functioning autistic and extremely hard on electronics. So this refurbished one was pretty perfect for my needs. I was concerned that as soon as I logged in and began to set it up there was a notice that this operating version was the last one that would be supported. So it will obviously not have an extensive life, but it will probably outlast my son’s usage, and not bad for the price. So I am satisfied. But if you want long-term use, choose a newer more recent laptop/notebook.
