Good for the price – It was very easy to set up. I only gave it a 4 star because it was missing the part you plug in to use wireless keyboard. I was not able to reach anyone my hours are very different than the ones they offer for assistance and then time passed. I just used my plug in keyboard.

Zero customer service, broken product – I ordered this product for my 86-year-old father for Christmas. They delivered part of the package before Christmas and the missing parts just after New Year. Less than 3 months later the monitor went black. We contacted SJ and their immediate response was “it’s past the 90 day warranty.” Based on the arrival date of the initial package it broke while under warranty, but their offices were closed, so it was day 91 before we could make contact. However, the 90 days legally starts when ALL pieces are received, not some. They won’t stand behind their products, their supervisors won’t deign to respond, and they pawn everything off on their techs. I gave them ample time to remedy this but they won’t back up their product and hide behind a 90 warranty that wasn’t even expired. Avoid at all costs. Update: Turns out this computer is about 5 years old and had over 46,000 hours on the hard drive.

quality for little money – upon receiving the Pc it did have some technical issues but was quickly resolved by Mike in the Tech Staff. he sent out what i needed in two day shipping and assisted me with install. once we got up and running everything was as smooth as it could be. would buy from this company again.
