Keyboard trouble – I just seen that someone else has the same problem as me with the keyboard. All keys work except the P. What the heck, I shouldn’t have to go buy another keyboard after paying so much for this computer. I just got it today (12/14/2022). Tell me HP, what do I do? I sure don’t want to return everything due to one letter not working. I had to go buy me another keyboard because I couldn’t find a way to get the one that came with the computer returned.

Never again – My last two computers have been touchscreen Samsungs. This was my first HP. The touchscreen did not work well and right out of the box the keyboard and mouse never worked. Moreover, no, it does not come with free windows 11. After you input your credit card in, then they give you 1 month free of windows 11. Since I returned the product, I tried to cancel with microsoft the “free trial.” I can not find a way to get someone on the phone to cancel it. Never again. Stay away.
