Not a touch screen. – Hard to believe that an all-in-one is not a touch screen. Otherwise is is exceptional compared to the ASUS all-in-one it replaced.

Sound distortion and very slow video – I’m very happy with this computer. I had to wait 2 months to set it up due to difficulty with AT&T getting me wired for Wi-Fi. The wait was worth it! I like all the features and am still exploring more. I only wish the sound was better (it’s not really bad) as I’m use to deeper bass sound. I would highly recommend this seller.

The built in camera quality is so bad, it is useless and I had to buy a add-on Webcam and light. The computer lags when working on remote desktop via VPN. Do not have this issue on same wifi network using my laptop. Very disappointed this computer is not living up to the online reviews.

Fantastic all in one pc – A terrific all in one pc by HP. Very fast machine. This is my third HP and I continue to be impressed with the company. HP is very responsive if you need help and continue to deliver updates over time through their HP Personal Assistant. As with any new pc, be ready for the computer to take a long time to go through all of the Microsoft and HP updates when you first start it up. I did have one issue that required a call to HP. The Personal Assistant was showing that their were no updates and something appeared to be wrong with it. It should have shown a number of green checks as it was going through the process looking for updates, and it did not. The HP support folks had me reinstall the Personal Assistant and the problem was corrected. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great comp… bad webcam. But that’s not a dealbreaker for me – As I said great comp luv the graphics and speed just what I needed complete my BA and do remote work from home. I didn’t get the 11 pro but I will now that I know it comes with Hyper V and a sandbox! Worth the extra 100 bucks if your doing virtual stuff or download a lot of stuff off the net. I had a Logitech webcam from before so not completely bummed the webcam on this comp sux. But I hate using extra usb ports when I don’t have to so 4 stars for that part.
