      Refurbished Not New as Advertised – Product presented and priced as new, but arrived in box clearly marked refurbished. Vendor did respond almost immediately and offered a small discount. However, several major retailers including Amazon offer a brand new unit with a full warranty and free shipping at similar pricing. Again, this one was supposed to be new.

      Nice looking laptop with big screen, but it’s an HP – It really looks a nice looking laptop. It comes with Windows 11 Home, which is enough for most users. But it’s still an HP laptop, which means it comes with a TON of pre-installed apps that you can’t get rid of. You remove the pre-installed app, but it will come back as soon as you reboot. Pretty annoying.

      No power cord included – There was not a power cord in the box when I opened it. I was told I have to return the computer and wait for another one with a cord. So irritating.

      It arrived fairly quickly in great condition –  It was a Quick and easy set up. The screen is huge the keys are nice and easy the mouse works great. The processor is fast the memory is good. The shipping was fast and easy it got here in four days the packaging was not damaged it was packaged well.
