Terrible Warranty Policy – I bought this HP Envy laptop about 14 months ago and for the most part it was a very good laptop. THEN THE HINGE BROKE and to repair it would be over $400. After looking into the problem I found out that this is a systemic problem with HP. Their warranty does not cover physical damage and this is considered physical damage. The portion of the broken hinge is inside the cover yet it’s not covered.

Amazing! – This computer is AMAZING for the price. I’ll be using this for college, and it’s really great!! I love the touchscreen, backlit keyboard, and the overall design of this laptop! My only problem is that it doesn’t come with the pen for the HP Envy x360. I heard that most sellers include the pen but I guess this one doesn’t. (I had to buy the pen separately somewhere else.) My laptop also had a tiny scratch near the HP logo straight out of the box. Also when I used the laptop for a couple of minutes the fans turned on and the laptop was warm for a minute. The fans were a bit loud which was also a bit distasteful, but I think these are all manufacturer issues. I guess I just thought I would share my experience with this laptop since I’ve had it for about 5 days now. Overall, this Laptop was (almost) PERFECT for the price, and I really think that it was worth the money I spent for it.

Not bad for the price – Was looking for a Laptop for s good price & Decent specs, this one was right on the budget I had in mind. Brought it for myself and my girlfriend, she’s been using more than myself daily for a few months and I can say we both enjoy it. Made the right decision by going with HP, My only minor issue is that the screen sometimes flickers a bit, I’m not sure why but it’s not often that it happens so it’s ok for now.
