A very nice unit – The product arrived in great condition. It was a easy set up right out of the box. About a 5 minute setting up once it was turned on. It did kinda remind me of using a laptop. It is very nice to see just one thing on my desk. I am very pleased with this product so far.

So far, so good. – Over all a good machine. I got the 2tb ssd and 32gig ram. Was expecting this to be a little faster. The touch screen is different than what I’m used to on my tablets. When you press a shortcut the program does not open. You have to keep your finger on the shortcut until a box of selections drops down and then press open.

Disappointment – Just received today, no audio and programs and drivers will not install. Computer just sits there spinning its wheels. I’ve owned computers for over 30 years, so I’m not a newbie when it comes to setting up a new computer. Can’t connect printers to the computer either. Downloaded latest drivers but nothing. Called HP for tech support and they want me to pay for support. Disappointing. The computer was intended for light use, but it’s unfortunately not going to work for me. Tried for hours to get the software for our Silhouette vinyl cutter to install. This computer may work well for some people, but it’s not working out for me so I’m returning it.
