Love my new ‘puter – I have used a small Chromebook for the last six years but decided I need something more for photo editing. I love my new HP. With 16 gigs of memory and 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1125G4 @ 2.00GHz , it is fast. It doesn’t have touch screen, which I don’t use anyway. The only complaint I have is the stinkin’ touch pad is sooo sensitive that it does things I don’t want it to when I’m typing and my hand hovers over it. This was a great purchase, great value for the $$.

The one thing that I am disappointed in is the keyboard. I thought that it was backlit but when I got it I discovered that it was not. As it is, the letters are hard to see on the keyboard. Not a good laptop for night-time.

It was defective – Technology can take a bit to get set up & downloaded properly but this laptop from the go moved so slow it took hours to do initial set up & then an additional 2 hours for me to attempt to get it to work. Currently just passed another hour attempting to factory reset so I can return it. Extremely frustrating but they accepted my return request & I’m sending it back once I can get it to function enough to rest.
