Washed out colors with Windows 11 – I was happy with everything except the very poor quality of the colors on screen. Washed out, pale and unacceptable. I googled for any methods to correct it but nothing worked and discovered many complaints online about this being a problem with Windows 11. I returned it and was charged a $200 restocking fee. I purchased a HP Envy with Windows 10 and it’s perfect. Do not buy this computer.

keeps crashing with hypervision errors – purchased this computer specifically to do forex trading and computer keeps crashing due to hypervision errors attempted to call HP for support and was told I would have to pay for support. Explain why I should have to pay for support on a brand new laptop that is less than a month old.

Laptop seems to function fine – still in the process of updating Windows 11, setting up OneDrive backups, etc. NOT impressed with the screen, I must say. I did expect better contrast and color depth (this unit uses only a 6 bit color depth, which can cause colors to look washed out, especially when combined with an LCD with a limited viewing angle like this has.
