CHEAP add on STYLUS – Nice Laptop, I thought the stylus would have a place to go, like a pen slot but it does not so it’ll be very easy to lose and it does not work very well at all for drawing. I’m highly disappointed because I purchased this item particularly for drawing & writing. Otherwise, the design of the laptop is sleek and operates well.

N G – I’m disappointed in this new hp. The keyboard and touchpad work okay, but display & resolution are poor and the thing is SO slow. The touchscreen works most times, sensitivity varies. The biggest disappointment is load times, internet connection, and streaming – the latter being almost impoossible. Bootup time from shutdowns is slow, and page loading from internet is sometimes VERY slow. I have another hp 360 that is two years older and cost about the same, and it does not have any of these problems. In an effort to speed the new machine up, I offloaded most apps, got rid of downloads, extensions, etc. and now using only the barebones stuff; I also reset/refreshed to “new.” But the performance is only slightly better – even with only one or two basic tabs open and strong wifi signal. (I have checked my other laptop at these times and it is always fast and trouble free). I bought this “2022” hp 360 as a spare. The price was good and it shipped fast. I foolishly kept it because I didn’t want to risk being without a spare chromebook and I hoped it would somehow get better – I have really liked all my other hp’s. About the only good thing I can say about this model is it charges fast and has very long battery life.
