Excellent latop! – This laptop is everything! I love the slickness of it. The size is perfect when you need that large screen. The processor is Quick!!! This is for my job that I work from home and I just love it. All of the features that i’m still learning are phenomenal. The only drawback to the laptop is there it does not have an ethernet port but that is fixable by purchasing the adaptor. I’m truly enjoying this laptop.

Fast loading – This my second 17″ HP laptop. I have been happy with it. It is much faster loading and the display is better than my previous one. My only complaint is there are only two USB connections. If you are like me, you will need to purchase a USB hub to supplement. Also, you will need a separate CD/DVD drive. But with such a low price, I can’t complain.

Best laptop for the price! Got exactly what paid for – I was worried it would come damaged considering this laptop is $600+ from Best Buy. I got the laptop on 8/9/22 and so far so good! It was a gift to my mom. Her old HP has gotten really slow and this laptop was the answer. I would recommend buying external hard drive for more space however.

I tried using the fingerprint setup and the system said that is not available – I dislike the fact that the battery runs down so fast and that it sometimes freezes

Large screen – I like this computer but maybe should have gotten a smaller screen. I’ve tried two mouses that worked for a week and then stopped working and I think it may have something to do with the computer and not the mouses.

BEWARE of False Advertising — Runs Windows 11! – I specifically ordered this computer for my 84 year old father, because his Windows 10 laptop was dying and it said it came with Windows 10. However, it came with Windows 11! At 84, my father really didn’t want to learn a new operating system, and we were unable to transfer his Office 2013 license, because it doesn’t work on Windows 11 (but it would have worked on Windows 10). That was an extra $250 ($220 on Amazon) cost that was unexpected! Wish I had returned it while I still could. The Windows 11 user interface is worse than Windows 10 — it takes at least one extra click to do many common actions, such as using the start menu to look at and select an application to run. Windows 11 also gives you less control of your environment. Outside of the operating system, the computer seems well built and has a decent battery life.
