So far, so good! – After a slight warranty misunderstanding (my side) laptop is up and running like a top. The seller was quick to reply and cleared up all my questions… The laptop itself has everything I need for what I do, and I have experienced no problems whatsoever. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was due to the sound, which was a bit “tinny”, but I was able to download an equalizer app, which took care of the issue… I have been using it now for over three weeks and love it!

They finally sent an email that they corrected it. Website still says 3 months. Also when I turn it on, it says a drive has a problem.
