      Excellent budget PC – My work laptop is a Microsoft Surface Pro. Now, I like the “idea” if a Surface Pro but when it comes to doing actual work, it’s useless (reading email, Office365, etc.). So I began looking for a good budget laptop that I can use for work and other personal things while I travel (don’t get any ideas, I mean travel and stay with my folks for an extended period of time). This laptop works quite nicely.

      Upgraded Windows 11; Long life battery; speed. – This is a replacement laptop for me.. I prefer HP products; my original HP was damaged beyond repair, so this fit my needs both financially and upgraded me to Windows 11. Some of the new features were harder to figure out… how to personalize the laptop. There were some issues with getting Microsoft Office downloaded..resolved by using an online version. Overall it is a good product for what I use it for.

      Great computer for the money. – Had to buy a computer to replace one at short notice with limited financial resources. After a search and extensive research I decided to buy this device. It has far surpassed my expectations of what I need my computer to do. IT is fast the battery life is average which is good. I really like the keyboard for long typing sessions and the size and weight is just right. Would love more contrast in the design of they keyboard to make it easier to navigate but it isn’t such a big problem since I type without looking at keys most of the time.

      Overheating, lag – Unless I’m simply slowly browsing the web, watching videos, playing music, or downloading, the laptop very quickly likes to overheat, and I mean serious overheating issues which only got worse in time despite me only ever using the laptop in a dust free sterile environment that is my work from home office with always closed doors and windows. I got this laptop delivered from the US to Belize in about 3 months from buying it since I don’t live in the US and only order stuff when I know someone from the family can bring it or a shipping company can send it sometimes it takes a while. Other than the overheating it’s kinda leggy during basic actions sadly I can’t recommend it, waste of money.

      Would not purchase again – I like the silver color of the computer, but the keys are are also silver with silver lettering for the keys. I had to buy a keyboard cover that is black and white so I could see the keys. Another very annoying feature is when I click on an article, if it happens to have multiple pages attached to it, the computer fan runs fast and the bottom of the computer feels very warm to the touch. I have to avoid reading articles. Otherwise, the pages load fast.
