Great Computer! – I bought this computer for an online assignment. I wasn’t sure if I should trust it at first because the price was so affordable. I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. RUNNING VERY SLOW!!! – NOT SURE WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS USESD LAPTOP, BUT IT SUDDENLY STARTED TO RUN VERY SLOW. DISAPPOINTED.

Not a bad laptop – I had been using an old Dell for quite sometime and finally because of the lack of speed and outdated operating system decided to upgrade. I knew I wanted an AMD processor but totally overlooked the fact that this was an HP machine. I have never been a fan of HP because every HP desktop and laptop has been junk. I have been using this laptop for months and it seems to work ok. I am impressed with the battery life and how lightweight the unit is, but I don’t like the mousepad and I have had issues with the keys wanting to pop off. The speed for what I do–mostly writing and using the internet–is plenty. It is a very basic laptop that is suitable for day to day use. I would probably recommend to someone who is not looking to drop a lot of $ on a laptop.

Works Fine for What I Need – I bought this to edit my Boss Katana MKII Guitar Amp. I don’t know much about windows based computers but this laptop seems to to the job just fine. Although it wouldn’t download the Boss Katana software at first. It never dawned on me that it needed to be updated.

I like the Lap Top Ok – I like the laptop, but it has one too many security checks. Once I put in my code it shouldn’t ask again. It does if I check one menu on the bottom left, I have to give my security code and then it asks for something else. Overall. I like it for normal use. ONLY issue I see as a problem is that I received 1 week of a year free subscription to MS Office. 1 Week, So i guess the laptop had been sitting around for close to a year. I use MS Office at work, but I needed it ONCE and didn’t have it. Used Note pad instead. Sounds like a MS Office issue to me and I think the MS license non-sense is a complete rip off.

Not great – On the plus side, it’s very lightweight so easy to carry around. For a little laptop, the keyboard is large and easier to use than most. The screen quality isn’t good. The hard drive is only 64 GB. It’s very slow. It came with Windows in S mode which I disabled. Won’t let me install the software and browser I use. In S mode, you can only use software from the Microsoft store. HP keeps popping up wanting me to use their storage and all. Very annoying. The mouse pad is large but no scrolling ability. Have to use the keyboard to page up and down. Sound is awful. Tinny and shaky. The general construction is poor. I don’t think it will hold up for very long. The price isn’t really that great either considering the quality. I’m keeping it as a back up but wouldn’t buy it otherwise.
