      Very good Laptop for your money – The HP 14″ screen is nice and bright. The Core i3, is pretty good for running small business apps, (MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel), surfing the internet and gaming. The 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD is a min. The Backlit Keyboard is a great option and was a very big plus in purchasing this laptop. Battery holds well.

      Computer is great but warranty was obselete – I have bought HP laptops and computers for 30 years, This model is great. This is the second one of this design I have owned. It has the usual minor, fixable Windows 10 problems comes with. I thought I was buying a brand new, never out of box, computer but HP says the warranty expired over 11 months ago. So, is this a used item? I hate returning items bought on Amazon. Seldom have a problem with items bought on Amazon prime so I am sad. Not sure if I should return it.

      Great laptop, lightweight and quick – Purchased this for my mother to replace a Lenovo laptop she loved that finally went out. I have an Asus PC that is still going after 15 years as well as a couple of Asus tablets so I trust this brand. This laptop is lightweight and quick, my mom didn’t want a touchscreen so that is not an issue. The backlit keyboard is nice, also the dedicated number pad is a nice feature, one that I will look for on my next laptop. This laptop is very lightweight, it is great. Easy to move from one area to another. Hooking it up to a printer was super simple, really nothing to complain about. The screen quality is great, I guess if you are looking at your laptop from an angle a lot or using it outside, buy something else. My mom looks directly at the screen and does not sit outside on her laptop so neither was an issue for the display.
