Perfect for our needs – This chrome book was an absolute lifesaver! Came next day! The only computer in our house belonged to my daughter and she is very territorial, so getting her to let my son use it for homework was just a joke. I decided on a whim to just get him something of his own to avoid the nightly fight and it has been awesome! He loves it and so do I. Easy to use, speed is just fine.

Laptop – When I power it on. It would not stay on. The screen has purple dots on it. Very disappointed because I needed the laptop to complete orders. Instead I had to to do all my orders at the post office which was time consuming. Now I have to spend more money on actually getting another laptop.. I am aware it was sold as an refurbished laptop.

This does not have touch screen as advertised and I have not had a response f – It’s a good little laptop but I bought it because it was supposed to be touchscreen. The seller communicated and was willing to rectify the issue.

Defects – Ww are aware buying any refurbished/renewd electronic is like buying a lottery ticket. To which I did with this product. Everything about the appearance was excellent including the mouse,key board, screen was excellent. Only issues I was concerned was that when I tried the touch screen scroll for the apps showing worked for a little while then stopped working. Everything else on the touch screen works great. Also didn’t honor my password locking the laptop. Those two incidents informed me other things were soon to happen. Returned it and took my chances buying the Acer Chromebook R 11 that I can utilize as a laptop, Display, Tent and IPad. For $79.00 plus tax. I gt a winning lottery ticket with the Acer R 11 and like and enjoy that it’s versatile as a laptop fold it using it as an IPad
