Missing connections; keyboard keys missing/broken – There are two important connectors missing from the tower received, however they clearly show on the website. Suspect the most important connection is for the monitor, which I recently purchased new. Also, one loose key (#1) was inside the box, along with one additional broken key and one missing key for the keyboard. Also included was a micro-stick with Wifi printed on it, but I don’t know why since there does not appear to be a plug-in location for the tower – it was also loose in the packing, along with three small plastic pieces that did not seem to be part of the tower. Quite disappointing, so I am returning the item.

Ease of use – The computer did not come with a monitor cord. I have tried two different vga cords that did not fit. I just ordered a vga to hdmi cord. If this one doesn’t work I’ll return the computer. Information should have been sent with the computer. Most people are not computer experts

Not what they advertised – As soon as I unpacked it, I realized it did not have the same ports and layout that the photos on Amazon showed. I was very disappointed to see that the DVD/RW listed in writing in the description was not there. The PC works fine, and this was an inexpensive machine, but it should be what is advertised.

It was slightly damaged when received – I ordered this online and the specs meet all of the requirements. I had a peculiar issue when I received it with regards to having a hard time turning it on. The power button on the front was really hard to push and when I did manage to get the tower to turn on it would shut off with even the slightest movement. I thought there may have been an issue with the power supply but the cords all worked fine and my plugs were correct.

Dirty and damaged – This “refurbished” to new condition pc was dirty, scratched, and came with a short in the power supply. Total fail! Ordered a different refurbished pc from a different refurbisher and got a nice, clean, fully functional unit. I would stay away from this vendor.
