Great Value – I had doubts about buying and shipping a PC online. After building them for 20 years I didn’t expect good results. I was very wrong, the computer was spotless as if it was when new. The packaging was great with it packed in a tower box and then in a larger box wrapped in bubble wrap. It arrived without a ding in the box, being shipped with the USPS. The inside of the computer was packed with form fitting foam to keep the components from shifting. The computer was better than advertised with the hard drive being larger than it was supposed to be. The PC boots fine and had all the latest drivers installed and had the software from AMD for the video card, Flawless so far! I would buy another tomorrow. Thank you !

It’s very quick. – Very good and fast pc, graphics card is obviously not the greatest for gaming since it’s an rx 550 so it can’t play intense games with very detailed graphics, but I can play genshin impact on 40+ fps on medium settings and apex legends runs smoothly with some settings adjustments, everything is pretty smooth overall.

WILL need tlc – Let’s start with the good, the computer is pretty fast right out of the gate, the processor is very good, however won’t allow an upgrade to win11, I prefer win10 so this wasn’t an issue for me, however at some point win10 won’t be supported and this will become obsolete, but that’s another 10 years out, so no biggie again. With zero modifications this computer will run xbox360/ps3 era games with ease, and some newer games on low/med, however the gpu isn’t meant for new games and won’t hit the minimum on newest games. Everything was easily identifiable and setup was a breeze. Now for the bad. I bought this at the beginning of November 2022, it is now the end of nov 2022, less than one month and the HDD that came with the computer began to fail, super loud ticking that made the computer unusable because it was too loud, luckily windows and everything is loaded on the 128gb SSD drive so I pulled the hdd and put another ssd I had from an old pc and the computer is running silent now. That would be about a $100 fix. I’ve encountered an issue two times where the gpu gets an error, and the computer needs a restart, the computer doesn’t ship with the gpu software installed so if you have visual issues, programs don’t go full screen properly, or there seems to be a lag to the video start with that. I also ran into an issue updating the drivers, you can’t just start with the newest one, you have to install the 2nd to last one, then the newest after, doing just the newest won’t fix the issue for some reason. Overall I believe this to be a good purchase, I read the reviews and was aware I was buying a refurbished product and there might be some issues I needed to resolve myself. I didn’t reach out to customer support as I expect any replacement parts will likely also be refurbished, and I’d rather use my own refurbished parts cause I know how they were treated. Thanks to the company I ordered it from for providing a cheap alternative, I was able to get my son a gaming pc for his birthday for under $300. I will do business with them again

best choice for cheap gaming! – this thing is perfect for games like black ops 3 which you can expect a stable 60-100 fps at all times but if you want to play newer games like warzone 2 expect lower graphics and a stable 30fps i also threw on a shader pack for minecraft to see how well it works and i get a stable 60-40fps and the pc is really quiet except for when you are downloading things like games. The disk drive works but i cant get anything to play because of software that i need to download. One note you will want to make, keep the usb on the top of your computer and put it in the usb ports on the back of it before setting it up it is a wifi stick which you will need for things like downloading games. another note to make is buy a better mouse and keyboard for it, the mouse and keyboard it comes with is trash try looking for cheap mechanical key boards and a razor basklilisk you will need it. overall its a good fast pc for cheap though you can expect a little bit of damage but its great!

The graphics card it comes with will play Roblox, Minecraft and such but don’t expect to play today’s top games on high settings without replacing the card with a better one. That’s the only cons, still a five star review because the whole package is much cheaper than purchasing new.

Great system for gaming! – Update 11/26: Replacement unit arrived today and fired right up. Chassis is in rougher shape than the unit I returned but, my kid is happy just the same. So, I wasted a week waiting on the Amazon replacement unit only to find out that the unit had to be returned to the seller before a replacement unit would be sent. This is not what one would expect from the Amazon Renewed guarantee. I also notice that the seller company has changed a couple of times in this listing. SJ Computers supplied the units I purchased and provided great, prompt support both in messages and phone calls. I don’t know anything about the current seller.
