good value – Set up computer. Ethernet port was inop. Transferred all data from old to new computer any as my old one was on its last legs. Contacted seller about problem, they said send it back. I said no way, it now has all my sensitive data installed. After a lot of back and forth I finally got to someone with intelligence. He sent me a new Ethernet card. Problem solved but it took way too long.

Kinda disappointed – Got this computer for my mother for Christmas, when I set it up none of the drives were installed so I couldn’t get on the internet. I used Amazon messenger two time to contact the seller two different day and never got a response. Thankfully I have a friend that fixed all the issues the computer had. It showed it comes with a wifi and Bluetooth adapters but it didn’t, the key board was missing keys and the mouse felt very cheap.

Looks great, but nothing under the hood! – Looks great, no blemishes BUT it cannot be updated to latest version of windows, no blutooth capabilities, and forget about gaming! The sound is basically nonexistent, and the little USB wifi connector is extremely weak so it keeps buffering and barely connects to websites. On top of that, I kept getting script error messages. So I contacted the sellers who responded but were not helpful. They instructed me to download Restoro to restore the scripts not found but that software did not have good reviews on the web plus it required payment. I don’t feel I should pay to restore scripts that the restoration/refurbishment process should have taken care of so I’m considering returning this product. If my 12 year old finds it useful, I may give it to her to avoid repacking and shipping the unit. BE CAREFUL! Ask questions BEFORE purchasing.

10 year old’s first computer – Great for my sons first computer. I don’t spend thousands on electronics for my kids until they prove they are responsible enough to care for it properly. My 10 yr old wanted a gaming laptop and was going to pay for half out of his money. I made him search for weeks online to find what he wanted. He picked a $800 laptop that lite up and had 4GB ram, and 1/2 a gig memory. I sat down with him and talked to him about processing power and we started looking at desktops because it was unlikely he would be using it anywhere but home anyway. This computer was perfect, 4 times the RAM and memory, and I bought him a lighted keyboard and mouse to put with it. AND LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE!!!! He learned a great lesson to shop for the right item, finding savings and got a great powerful computer. The computer may have a few scratches and obviously retro fitted for WIFI with a plug in Wireless Wifi Adapter but it has what matters on the inside. Power and storage for gaming and he was able to keep most of his money in his savings. I am kind of jealous, it puts my laptop to shame.

Decent Computer At A Decent Price – (UPDATE 7/29/21) I’m disappointed now because I’ve started getting the blue screen of death crashes for reasons unknown. The latest crash I experienced was while I was watching youtube, nothing strenuous. All of the crashes that I have experienced I have only been browsing the internet, doing my shopping, or watching youtube. I don’t do any heavy gaming because the hardware can’t handle too much, unfortunately. Besides the crashing, it’s not too bad of a computer for the price. It’s definitely the “you get what you pay for” kind of deal.
