      Not a legit refurbished product from a authorized dell dealer. – This is a second hand redone product. It has been short time used product. No windows 10 software with computer so if it goes bad your screwed. Not truthful on what is inside, the inside components aren’t the orginal ones. It’s been canbilized over.

      good set up – for the money this computer works great, does exactly what i need, i do not game on computer so i do not know how it wouldbe hosting games.

      Built in Wifi incorrect, bad monitor no reply from company – So far it’s ok at best. Said built in wifi but they just send the cheapest wifi adaptor they can find with it. Go with the cheaper version and buy a good wifi adapter. The keyboard and mouse are wired and possibly the cheapest ones in the market so plan to buy yourself an upgraded wireless one with your order. Both monitors are heavily used one has a bad screen and both are missing several screws from the back. I’ve called, emailed and tried to contact customer support several times through the Amazon app with no reply’s for weeks. We will see what happens.

      Great package deal – Everything was going great until I went to use the keyboard!!! It didn’t work. Not sure how to return so went out and bought a new one.

      I would buy from the vendor again. – So I ordered this computer at a really great price. The Dell Desktop computer is great for remote working. . The computer, of course, was refurbished but it runs PERFECT, the speed is incredible. However, the computer was NOT wireless as advertised. I reached out to the vendor, and they responded VERY FAST and tried to troubleshoot the problem but the time just wasn’t right. I ended up just spending $40 on a wireless connector and just like that my computer became wireless. Now the issue, I have is that one of my monitors blinks on and off constantly and it’s annoying, but the computer itself still runs GREAT. I will purchase from this vendor again even though I resolved the issue myself. The customer service encounter was above and beyond. I will be purchasing another monitor from them because my overall experience was A +
