Quality machine for basic needs, but remember it is renewed and not brand new. – I bought two of these Dell Optiplex 9010 units from SKYTECH USA LLC for average general home usage. I thought they were an excellent deal considering what the specifications are.

I don’t normally write reviews but had to in this case – I bought another refurbished a while ago not the same company, and while it was fair it had a problem printing. service was good, unit was fair, but had to send it back. Thought a long time before jumping into another refurbished unit. This may bite me in the butt sometime but this 9010 Dell looks new,(knowing it is not by a long shot) but not a scratch or a dent of any kind up close or far away, clean as clean can be on the inside, everything works perfectly, don’t know about customer service, didn’t need them at all. Now granted I don’t do a whole lot so I nave no need to have a whole bunch of stuff on it, ( It only has the basics) but all can be added I’m sure. Just can not justify money for a new one for a back up computer. Hope everyone who gets a computer from this company has the same luck as I, very impressed with the appearance of this computer.

L PC like WARD – I have to connect through ethernet and I would rather connect wirelessly because my connection to ethernet is bad but my connection to wireless WIFI runs faster if I could get help i would appreciate it

Good value and performs as advertised – The price is right and the performance is as advertised. I needed to upgrade from my old Windows7 desktop computer, so bought this second generation Windows10 unit for substantially less than the cost of a state-of-art computer. Compared to the 7, the 10 is exceptionally fast; and once I got used to the Windows10 OS, I’m very happy with it. The only downside of this or any new desktop computer, is setting it up and transferring programs and data from the old machine. I’m not particularly tech savvy, so this took me a couple of days.

Easily Upgrade-able to Budget Gaming PC – I bought this desktop to upgrade it to a budget gaming PC. All-in-all it worked out great. I can play a variety of games, new and old, with high to ultra high graphics, at 60 FPS. I’m using a 43″ 4K UHD TV as a display.
