      Great no frills home office machine – Replaced an 8 year old dual core early i5. This machine flies on Windows 10. No bloatware on it either. Cosmetics are good, I can tell it was an off lease office machine but for the price, it’s an excellent value versus some low quality consumer junk box at Best Buy. These corporate machines were designed with 5-8 year life spans and are easily to upgrade things like RAM, adding a video card, etc.

      Great computer for programming course my daughter is taking. – I bought this computer for my daughter. She loves it. She is taking classes in programming and her previous got broken. I couldn’t afford to replace a 1500 dollar laptop, but saw this one on amazon. I imagine with a graphics card it would be absolutely perfect.

      Came with wifi dongle – I was surprised to see that a wifi dongle was included. The internet speed was extremely slow. I ended up purchasing a new wifi dongle and that really helped to the speed. Overall I’m happy with purchase.

      Wow Great Customer Support! I made a call to Blue Cloud PCs and got help from Lex. – My sincere apologies for my previous panic over lack of a Product Key. In my earlier reviews, I was concerned about the possibility of an illegal copy of Windows, since my copy did not seem to have a Product Key. I sent messages through Amazon, but was told there would be a delay of a “couple of days.” I contacted Blue Cloud PCs directly, and got immediate help from Lex. He simply provided my Product Key, which I entered and activated Windows while he stood by and waited to make sure. Great customer support! Blue Cloud PCs just went to the top of my list for PC-related needs.

My fairly new desktop got zapped by a power surge. This refurbished PC is just as fast. Later I swapped the motherboard on the zapped PC and kept it as a backup as I like the refurbished one better. The only thing I had to do was purchase a Wi-Fi dongle for a few dollars as this PC did not come with Wi-Fi.
