Excellent Company with integrity – I bought this refurbished Dell because it was fast. I had a problem with one of my dual monitors and the company resolved my problem super fast and extremely nice about it. I am more than satisfied.

Some pieces broke. poorly packaged – the boot sequence is all screwed up but I’m not a tech wizard. I have to manually boot up the computer when I start it. upon arrival one monitor had some damage and the buttons are stuck on it so I can’t use them.

Perfect now, but long shipping – The price is terrific for what you get…can’t be beat ! Everything is working fine after connecting parts 3 days ago. The computer arrived in 4 days. The two 24″ Dell monitors took 12 days, from Canada. Maybe something to do with the protests there, but worried me for a while. The solid state drive is amazing. Win10 loaded easily. Love the wireless keyboard and mouse. Priced separately this package would have cost much more. So, bottom line; I’m very happy.

Swapped out monitors…. but still a nice value – I needed a 2 monitor setup and this package filled the bill. So far only one issue. The issue was with the wireless mouse/keyboard set up. There is a usb connector that needs to be put in the USB port.. It didn’t register at first and I has to keep trying different USB ports… good news/bad news is there are 4 in the front and 4 in the back…But finally (after changing some settings with the help of call to tech support, it works GREAT. Very responsive and it is really nice to have this set up. I would have appreciated more guidance (in written form) as to how to set up the monitors… I had to use the dongle and just guessed at the appropriate configuration, and it worked right away.
