It works good – The package was good and the computer works great for the price but the only thing that got me little upset is the mouse that came with it was smashed in the box other then that I put more ram I had in it and works great

As described, but UPS tried to destroy it. – I’m a senior citizen who wanted a tower to set up as a “gaming” PC that I could upgrade/tinker with. The games are non-AAA, easy on the GPU … The Witness, Obduction, Ultimate General Civil War, and other older games. I’ve installed a better GPU (given what my budget, and the cost of them are currently) and additional RAM. It works very well for this purpose. I also use it for the internet … typing this review on it.

Perfect – Everything works perfectly , i used it for gaming and it runs about anything , it comes with what it says , i5-3470 , 1tb storage , and 8 gb ram (2x 4gb ram) and a 275w psu, i upgraded to 24gb ram , 600w psu and a gtx 1650 4gb and it runs anything over 60fps on high to medium settings , it was sent packaged so well , it came with a wired keyboard and mouse also! to those who don’t have one. all around perfect for a starter gaming pc!

Refurbished Hardware and Software-5 star||Administrative problems with Amazon Support – Product shipped one day after order. Arrived on day promised. Product is exactly as advertised. The exterior is pristine and the interior looks as if it just came off the assembly line. The computer BOOTED the Windows 10 Pro software flawlessly ,BUT it would not allow Microsoft to activate it to my account. The only solution offered by HELP was to buy a new license from Microsoft. I contacted Amazon support who were supposed to pass my message through to Greentop. This never happened. After several days I contacted Microsoft and a real person led me to a location in the BIOS where she thought an embedded Product Code should be located. It was blank. I went back to Amazon support. This time the Amazon site stated they did not support computers, but their Artificial Intelligence led me to the only option available which was to return the computer. I did not want to return this beautifully functioning computer. All I wanted was a Product Key to activate it with Microsoft. I clicked on the one star button and logged off. This time the message apparently went through. The next morning I received a call from a real, knowledgeable person at Greentop and within an hour he emailed me a Product Key. I installed, the Key, the computer is activated and I am one happy customer. I went into some detail about my experience because I sense there are some problems in the Amazon Refurbishing Center that need to be worked out.
