Incredible value – When unboxing this I was amazed. I expected a dirty computer in shrink wrap but was surprised to find a new looking computer with obvious care taken to restoration. It had a clean version of 10 installed and had everything you need for startup. With the 90 day return policy you can’t go wrong. This was for my ten year old for school so it fits our needs nicely.

Outstanding value. – I upgraded from a Windows 7 system, and being an occasional user, this system is a tremendous value. I especially like the SFF design. I gave it only 3 stars for gaming because, not being a gamer, I didn’t evaluate that function.

Works good for documents and school work but nothing more :(. – The PC has a i5 Intel core, meaning that It can only complete basic task. This was meant for school work which it does the job but for 3D modeling softwares and high resolution video gaming, this PC can not handle it :(. To get a better pc I suggest searching for ones with i7 or i9 cores, although it can get expensive but it will be worth it. i7 should be just fine though…

Decent ig – Everything looks great great choice for beginners gaming, Or work, there was a small purple glare in the computer to where you can see it i think it may have gotten just a tad damaged but it doesn’t bother me you can barley see it when the computers on, easy set up you do need a ethernet cable to hook it up to the wifi though.

Meh – Havent used it a whole lot yet, bcuz 1 of the power cords that came with it didnt work. Checked it multiple ways and nothin! Then find out it doesnt have built in mic or speakers. We knew it was refurbished, but definitely had wear and tear on it. Will update once we get some use out of it, but so far not impressed. And this was our big gift to our son for his bday today.
