Great Refurb – I’m in IT so I know when something that is refurbished is junk or not. This was an excellent refurb. Virtually nothing wrong with it. A few scuffs on the corners but its works and works well. I bought this for my parents to “surf the net.” This is perfect for that.

Good computer but there are several keys sticking – I love how fast the computer processes, the screen size, and overall function of the computer. However, the space bar and the keys directly above the space bar are difficult to press at times. It is like there is a bunch of dirt or trash underneath them. Really disappointed about this. I am considering ordering a new computer and then returning this one as soon as the new one is set up. What a pain… really don’t have time for this!

Pretty decent computer but not compatible with Windows 11 – This laptop does exactly what I want it to for now, but will not be able to upgrade to Windows 11. For those that are willing / able to install another operating system such as Linux, this may not be a problem. However, most people do not fall into this category and will be stuck without updates after 2025.
