Bumpy start, but a responsive seller made it right. – The first laptop the seller sent me (according to windows) had no battery in it at all and lacked the webcam shown in the listing pictures. The second one they sent did have a webcam, and while it worked well had a defective charger that burnt up within one minute of plugging it in.

Maybe its just mine, but it cost me 3hrs at least in two days rebooting. – It looked new and worked okay for three days then started acting really slow. I bought this to use for school and thats all ive done on it for one whole week and it already cost me 3hrs of time just trying to get it unfroze, the mouse wouldn’t show up, the task manager wouldn’t even open, i had to just hold down the power button and luckily that has gotten it back for now so i can use it till a new one arrives so i can send this one back! Im working full time as a mechanic and taking a full time college class load online so my time is valued very high right now. Waisting it fighting a computer that was poorly refurbished is not on my schedule. If this happened a month or two in i could give some grace but not even two weeks out of the box and literally just school stuff not even a amazon search! Dont risk it if you need it for your day to day is my personal recommendation. Now ill be out the money too plus researching a new computer=equals alot of time waisted. Whats your time worth?

Complete waste of money – On arrival I was very pleased with the laptop, it was a huge upgrade from my old one. But exactly one month to the day the unit died while I was using it. Tried the static discharge procedures but it won’t power on at all. I’ve ordered a new charger and new battery and we’ll see if that fixes it. If not then we’ll see what kind of service you get when you ask to have it repaired. Not happy at all. I spent a lot of time moving all my files etc over to the new laptop. Huge letdown to have it fail so soon.
