Good Value – So far, so good. It is what it was advertised to be. Immediately upgraded to Windows 11 Pro when offered. Only drawback was the length in time to received. Took nearly two weeks. Tracking showed it hung up in UPS possession. Don’t believe this was UPS’s issue. Just the way the provider shipped it. Always spend a bit more for the warranty via third party when purchasing a refurbished computer. Have had a refurbished desk top for 4+ years and it’s working fine.

Updated* Came with only a single spot of very minor cosmetic damage on the bottom. – The charging port for this laptop is circular, yet I was sent an octagon-shaped charger to plug into it. After arriving late I was frustrated, but the seller sent the correct charger after being notified and helped quickly. Good deal for the cost, and a helpful seller.

Good value – Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the base, screen, and keyboard – not a scratch to be found. Upgraded the OS from Windows 10 to Windows 11 without a hiccup, and has been running solid since.

Good value for the money – This product would have gotten 5 stars except for this one problem. When I first started the computer it would not boot. I clicked F5 to do a system check and it said “No Hard Drive Installed”. I had to open up the computer only to find that the SSD drive was not plugged in and the screw to hold it in place was missing. I plugged it in, got a screw to hold it in place and put everything back together. Started up the computer and it worked fine. Installed all the software that was needed for purpose of this machine and it’s been working great for these past few weeks. For the price I believe it’s a very good deal, except for the one problem I mentioned earlier.

Bruise on screen during boot but not visible once booted – There is a smudge (bruise) and a dead pixel on the boot screen that is virtually to completely invisible once it’s on the login screen. If you’re picky about things like that, be aware, but that goes for any refurbished laptop. Otherwise, I’m not a gamer, but it updated to Windows 11, which was usable after a few tweaks, and it’s done well since. Hoping for something that will stay usable for years to come.
