Item arrived not what was described, false advertising – So don’t get me wrong, if I was looking for a dell 7490 with an intel 8250u i5, this computer would be absolutely great. But I ordered an refurbished dell with an intel 8350u i5 witch this is not so the price I paid was overpriced for the processor I received. And seller was aware because it’s stated on the quality control checklist.

Great, but not as described. – The two laptops are excellent for what they are. Nice, clean Windows 10 install. However, the description specifically lists Thunderbolt 3 on these. Two were ordered and neither had Thunderbolt 3 on the USB type C port. It was an upgrade option on the Latitude 7490, and was not on all of them. As Thunderbolt 3 was the only feature other than the processor model listed in the description, I feel it should be there.

Awesome Buy! – My Dell Latitude 7490 arrived in perfect condition and booted up immediately. I haven’t figured everything out yet (this is my very first laptop), but everything is working the way it’s supposed to and I even was able to download from the Internet and transfer files from my PC to a thumb drive and then onto my laptop without any problems. I’m really pleased with the great experience I had!

Great Laptop – I was sceptical on purchasing a used laptop, but this is excellent. With the exception of it not being in the original box you’d never know it was used. Has Zero signs of use came with original power cord and 90day money back warranty. It was packaged with a lot of care too. It’s really great and I got it for work and it’s working perfectly I’d highly recommend this.

Very fast and free of bloatware. Clean windows install. – Very quick booting with the SSD. Just updated to 21H2 and the system is very responsive. Bought for my teenage son for school and he is very excited. System is offering windows 11 update but we are not ready for that yet 🙂
