Looked and worked like new – I bought this laptop 3 months ago for home use. I am very impressed with the appearance. They did a great of refurbishing this laptop and it looked like new. I installed some applications and everything worked great, no issues.

good deal for a used laptop – I was looking for a laptop for school and other computer projects to work on and decided on this laptop. I was very excited when it came in but during setup I figured out that the built in fingerprint scanner is nonfunctional. I tried during and after the initial windows setup to set up the fingerprint reader and both times it simply does not work. The other odd choice I found is that the top cover of the laptop, the area around the keyboard, and the trackpad all had a matte black skin (maybe vinyl?) applied to it. I didn’t notice at first but after a couple hours i noticed it because it was not centered in some portions. (e.g. sticking off the side of the laptop) I decided to peel it off and found no issues inside the computer. For the skin on the lid of the laptop though, it was covering a large crack in the lid. I don’t know if this was intentionally covered up but it is definitely noticeable which goes against the product description. The one other issue I found was that there’s a VERY small line on the screen that doesn’t display color quite accurately, but it’s so small its not really an issue. Aside from those issues, the deal was a good one for a quality working laptop, I just wish I had known there would be the skin on the laptop covering up a crack and not the stock material on the surface of the laptop. Overall good deal though and would recommend if you’re looking for a laptop for practically anything aside from heavy programs (gaming, CAD, Video editing probably wouldn’t be the best).

La laptop llegó y no arrancaba Windows. – La computadora llegó, de verdad que muy rápido, nueva en todos los sentidos pero cuando la prendí no arrancó el sistema operativo ( Yo porque se sistema hice un recovery) es decir la misma computadora se formateo, e instalo su Windows y los controladores, y hasta ahora sin problemas , el llamado es para el vendedor que cheque eso porque si es una persona que no sabe simplemente devuelve la laptop y ya, ocasionando molestias al comprador y perdidas al vendedor.

I did not want to purchase a brand new Windows laptop so I found this company and purchased a renewed one. I had to reach out to the company due to the USB-C port was broken and not able to use with a docking station. I got a response immediately and I needed to return the laptop. Being that school was starting 3 days later, there was no time to make an exchange, so I purchased another renewed laptop, from this company (which was at noon on Friday and the laptop was on my porch on Saturday AM). I was told that I would get a full refund once received. Well, I did!!! They stand by their word, their work and have excellent customer service and great prices. I bought this during Prime Day and the issue with the laptop was just overlooked and was an honest mistake and they made it right. I would buy from this company again.
