Huge scrape on the surface. NOT excellent condition – The description says it’s in excellent condition with no cosmetic defects, but the unit I received has a huge scrape on the surface with marker paint trying to cover it up. Requested refund but haven’t received refund a week after the item is returned.

Awesome little laptop – I needed a laptop for work so I wanted something compact. It also had to be windows 11 compatible and not too pricey. I stumbled upon this refurbished PC and was amazed by what you get for the price. I was hesitant but pulled the trigger. Now I couldn’t be happier! Great little PC and fast!

Laptop great, charger smells – The laptop was in excellent cosmetic condition, and started up and looked fine. The external power supply and charger smelled like it had been soaked in a cheap air freshener. Two wipes of IPA and two days sitting out in bright sunlight, and it is better, but still too strong to have it indoors. If the laptop smelled like that I would have sent it back. Fortunately, I was able to pick up a Dell 135W power supply for a buck at a rummage sale this weekend. I think I will donate the smelly one — it has turned into a project, and that was not the plan.

Excelente, importante considerar: – Equipo en muy buen estado, batería nueva que no es original, disco duro nuevo pero es tipo M.2 Sata con velocidad 500 MB/s, no es NVMe de 2,000 o más MB/seg. Se puede actualizar a NVME y bajar desde Dell el sistema operativo a un USB, compatible 100% con Windows 11 y se siente robusto y duradero.

Hard disk Fail…. – I tried to install Linux on the machine and doing so took a long time and did not complete, then I tried Linux and it gave a disk error (Smart), I entered the BIOS and did a Dell diagnostic test and it gave the same disk error, conclusion they sent the machine with the bad hard drive, I bought a new disk, changed it and problem solved, very bad for this seller with defective equipment.
