Working great so far & looks like new. – This came quickly & looks in perfect condition. Set up was fairly painless; I’ve already downloaded the apps I need & all are working great. My only complaint, & it isn’t a big one to me, is that the touchpad is a bit finicky … I seem to have to tap it in a particular place & with a certain amount of pressure to get it to respond. I’ll be ordering a mouse soon & plann on using that most of the time, so not a deal breaker, esp for the price I paid.

looks good so far – i had to get this for working when away from home because my previous i-7 laptop was big and heavy and was getting too slow. I have set this one up and it looks good so far. I decided to reach back to a refurbished model because i wanted the price point and i can’t stand Windows 11 and it came with 10 pro. It doesn’t have a touch screen, but i am used to that, so no big deal for me.

Better then advertised!! – I tried to update my review, I said my order was a scam. It was definitely NOT a scam, I received my laptop today!!! Amazon needs to do better making sure if you buy something through a third party, it doesn’t give a definite delivery date…even worse if they ask you to review a product you haven’t received!! The laptop is exactly as advertised, even a bit nicer. So happy for my purchase and wish I could update my previous one…
