RIPPED OFF – I bought this system in good faith. I barely used it, probably twice, once to set it up and one to view my emails. I have a laptop that I use this was to be my secondary. It worked fine when I got it. It’s now July and I decide to finally begin using it regularly in my bedroom and it doesn’t work. It won’t even turn on. I understand that I purchased it refurbished but shouldn’t it work for more than a month. I will never buy anymore electronics refurbished from Amazon because now I REFUSE to spend money to ship it to Dell for diagnostic and then they tell me how much I need to spend to repair it. I will simply go and purchase a brand new lap top. This was the worse an $290 down the drain. As the saying goes, “You get what you pay for.”

Small, lightweight, FHD, and battery lasts for hours. – This is an awesome 2-in-1. Most others lack decent performance/RAM with a less than FHD screen unless you’re spending a LOT more, but then you get into larger sizes which aren’t as portable. This is the perfect balance between performance, price and size. I use it mainly for motorcycle trips where every bit of space and weight is crucial. And the battery lasts just as long as a macbook pro. My only complaint is the rotation sensor seems a bit slow or low-sensitivity so I have to do a more obvious movement or use a keyboard shortcut to rotate the screen instead. Other than that, 10/10 in my book.

Great but freezes – I love this machine but it has frozen several times. Pressing the power switch until it shuts down is the only way to fix it. I have considered returning but the laptop is solid in every other way.

It looks like new. It is working well for now. – I purchased this product, and it worked great for three weeks. After three weeks the SSD completely failed and I lost a months worth of work for a client. The laptop was refunded but I lost way more than the value of this laptop in the process. Buying this laptop was the worst financial decision I’ve made in years. I am so screwed.
