      Great laptop – Arrive early than expected,great laptop n best price.We used this brand for long time,and we trust for his quality

      Supposed to be new – I paid for a new computer, not refurbished or used, but the search history shows searches made months ago before I bought it. No way to find out why this is.

      The most inportant thing to know is .. I’m returning this piece of junk back . – Wow! What a big piece of junk this NEW dell laptop is. It wont download anything it just says virus scan failed. So I contacted dell (big waste of time) they said go to support assist on the laptop and update the hard drive that wouldn’t even come up it just said having technical difficulties try again later, did that and still waiting later never came. So I’m sending this piece of junk back and Dell can kiss my ass! Don’t buy Dell because they sux.
