      ships with Windows 11S. i specifically bought this one because it said 11 HOME! – ugg! I could have bought this from a few different vendors, some the same price bust shipped faster or was less expensive. However they all said ships with Windows 11S. I got this one because it said Windows 11 home. not “S”! now i am billing a client to remove “S”.

      Please adjust screen hinge tension! – First order of business. Adjust hinge tension. If you can’t open it with 1 hand, it’s too tight. There’s a great video on YouTube called Dell inspiron hinge calibration. Mine lasted less than 6 months before the plastic broke. Thankfully the screen was unharmed. I was able to repair it with the super glue – Baking soda trick.
