      Item received with unformatted 1TB hard drive…. – Computer was ordered with both SSD and HDD drives. The operating system was installed on the SSD while the HDD was unformatted and could not be seen by Windows 10. I am glad I was savvy enough to use utilities to see if the HDD was indeed installed, otherwise I would have had to return to the vendor and pay the return shipping fees (UPS would have been $34). If I had sent this to my wife or other family members, they sure would have returned the computer for not having the purchased second drive (HDD).
