Good value but needs clarification – I needed a reliable pc to replace a very noisy, prone to crash existing one and this purchase fit the bill. For around $400, it’s a good deal but there’s a few caveats that go with that. As for a gaming platform it lacks any certain essentials.

Definitely Refurbished – Computer arrived and works well. All specs were correct. However, there were no screws securing the power supply and the case has lots of scratches and scuffs.

Antivirus install “broke” the system. – A full system check, not just a simple scan, resulted in an un-bootable system. I needed to re-install Windows. No external boot was successful, they all hung at POST. After Windows was reinstalled, a corporate account login (for the former system owner?) was required until CTRl-ALT-DEL aborted the login and a new Windows system setup was started. Windows appears to be fully functional.

Awesome System for the Money – This system is amazing for the price.. I went in with low expectations and I was blown away with its performance. If there is a knock on this system; it’s that I believe it cannot be upgraded to Windows 11. In my opinion, that’s no big deal. Installation was super easy and is basically it’s ready to rock out of the box. I look forward to more powerful systems from this company in the near future.
