Bad charger wire broken internally – Nice looking, opps sticker applied to make it look better, sticker mis aligned and lifting in places. Computer works great but Cable wouldn’t charge, it lit up but no charge, used my daughters who has the same chromebook ( bought on another site from a different vendor) hers charged mine and showed charging icon on battery, left several messages with no response back. Just got a new one in I bought online from someone else online and it works great just like my daughters. A shame I ordered and recieved a replacement one from another site and still have had no response about the one that came from these guys that was broke from the start…WOW is all I can say about their customer service skills.

Workks – The first one I received I had to return because it was in very bad shape. Bottom was leaking off and it was extremely dirty. Had some kind of residue on the front and on the screen. Would only come on when plugged in and turned off when unplugged. Got a hold of the seller and they replaced it very fast. The replacement works great so far.

Cheap replacement for childs school chromebook – Device looks brand new. It came with battery fully discharged so had to charge it. No more updates for the OS so be aware of that. Good cheap school chrome book.
